• Community Partners for Affordable Housing has multiple resources for renting and maintaining a place to live. The group provides many affordable housing rental programs for low income families and individuals based on income eligibility. CPAH also has support for home buying such as counseling, education, and down payment assistance. For maintaining a home, CPAH has resources and counseling on foreclosure and eviction prevention and small grants for home repair costs. The grants are based on income eligibility.

• Lake County Housing Authority has public housing for people 55+ who also have a disability and runs the Lake County Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. People who have a housing choice voucher or live in public housing are eligible for voluntary programs individualized to develop self-sufficiency from services.
